PROPOSED BUILDING STANDARDS
OF THE CALIFORNIA BUILDING STANDARDS COMMISSION, THE DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT, THE DIVISION OF THE STATE
ARCHITECT, THE OFFICE OF STATEWIDE HEALTH PLANNING AND
DEVELOPMENT, AND THE OFFICE OF THE STATE FIRE MARSHAL
TO CALIFORNIA CODE OF REGULATIONS, TITLE 24
CALIFORNIA BUILDING STANDARDS CODE

Pursuant to Government Code Section 11346.5(a)17, the California Building Standards Commission (CBSC) has set the time and place for a public hearing to receive written and/or oral comments from interested persons regarding changes to the California Building Standards Code being proposed by CBSC, Department of Housing and Community Development, Division of the State Architect, Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development, and the Office of the State Fire Marshal for incorporation in California Code of Regulations, Title 24, Parts 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, & 9 and proposed adoption of the California Green Building Standards Code in Part 11 as follows:

TIME:  Tuesday, May 6, 2008, at 9:00 a.m.
PLACE:  First Floor Conference Room 100

At the hearing, both oral and written comments will be accepted regarding the Notice of Proposed Action published in the California Regulatory Notice Register (Register 2008, Volume No. 13-Z, No. Z08-0318-05) on March 28, 2008, which can be found at http://www.oal.ca.gov/notices/March2008_notice_pdf.htm .
