RE: Removal of the Good Faith
Effort in DVBE Provisions
This Broadcast Bulletin provides revised documents as a result of the removal
of the Good Faith Effort (GFE) as an option to meeting the Disabled Veteran
Business Enterprise (DVBE) goals specified in a State contract solicitation.
This bulletin supplements the August 25, 2009, Broadcast Bulletin (“Removal of Good Faith Effort in DVBE Contract
Provisions”). Also,
included in this bulletin are other DVBE resource documents.

non-IT services. GFE and STD 840 have been removed. The BUP is not included. |

This package is

program requirements. |
